I spearheaded the collaboration between Spotify and Berlin-based type studio Dinamo to craft "Spotify Mix," a new custom typeface that redefines the brand's visual identity. Over 18 months, we developed a versatile typeface inspired by music culture and sound waves, featuring expressive styles and unique "transmitter" shapes within the letterforms. 

Spotify Mix is replacing the previous Spotify Circular font and is rolling out globally across both Brand, Marketing and all in-app and desktop experiences. In addition to refreshing the font, we also updated the Spotify word-mark and fine tuned the icon.
